London Heathrow Marriott Hotel Hillingdon

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel over the weekend. The room was recently renovated and the king-sized bed was excellent. The staff at the lounge were very helpful and there was a good selection of food for both dinner and breakfast. We also appreciated the presence of an executive club on the ground floor, well-appointed and had comfortable seating.

There were a few aspects that were disappointing. The check-in and check-out process was quite slow.

Excellent breakfast, great fitness and pool facilities, convenient location near the airport. Spacious room with king bed, nice toiletries. Enjoyed dinner at Carluccio's which stayed open late. Friendly and attentive staff, unlimited coffee and juices at breakfast. Will definitely return!

The staff at the front desk were fantastic, providing excellent service. The conference room and snack bars were enjoyable, and the lunch was greatly appreciated. The bar staff even went out of their way to accommodate us by keeping the TV on for the NBA finals after closing hours. The hotel is conveniently accessible by various modes of transport, which was a plus. the staff were amazing, resolving issues quickly and displaying polite and professional behavior. The room provided was comfortable and well-appointed. The lobby in the evening was beautifully presented and added to the overall positive experience. The customer service and hotel hospitality were exceptional, making this the best hotel experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location is perfect, as it offers easy access to the London Underground, allowing me to explore the city effortlessly. Additionally, there are plenty of local pubs within walking distance, which offered a great atmosphere and delicious food. I was also pleased to find Carluccio's and a convenient grab & go option right within the hotel.

The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was really good. The hotel offered a wide range of facilities, including a gym and swimming pool, very convenient. The location on the outskirts of London and close to the airport was perfect for my needs. the staff at the reception and in the Italian restaurant were very friendly and provided excellent service. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was amazing, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

The employees in the Executive Lounge were helpful and pleasant. The hotel location was conveniently close to the airport, only a 10-minute Uber drive away. The on-site store had a good selection of wine and chocolates. The restaurant in the lobby provided fantastic food and service. Hand sanitizer was readily available, ensuring a comfortable and safe stay.

I stayed at this hotel for easy access to Heathrow. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the shuttle to the airport was convenient. The hotel is clean and the staff at reception were welcoming. The location is great for commuting into London, and attractions like Thorpe Park and Windsor Castle are nearby. The pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi are well maintained. a great stay and I will definitely return.

We loved this place! The location was perfect as it was within walking distance to many pubs and also had Carluccio's & a grab & go located in one area which connects you to London Underground. The service was great as the staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had all the necessary bath toiletries and we enjoyed having tea and coffee available in the room. We also appreciated the on and off hot water switch for the shower as it was a nice touch.

We highly recommend this venue to others.
